In Loving Memory of

Allen James Doucet, born on July 8, 1935, in Iota, Louisiana, to Horice and Clemence (Lacombe) Doucet, peacefully passed away on November 5, 2023. He was a devoted husband of 67 years to Mary Helen (Vidrine) Doucet.

Allen is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Helen Doucet, and his adoring children: Carl Doucet and Trish Davis, Wayne and Barrie Doucet, Robert and Lisa Doucet, Byron Doucet, Phillip and Sonia Doucet, Mona and Fred Levingston, and Donna and Gary Reynolds. He leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, with more on the way.

Allen is also survived by one brother, Herman Lee Doucet. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Glenn Doucet, and five siblings.

Allen's zest for life extended to his avid love for baseball and football as a dedicated spectator. He found joy in cheering for his favorite teams and sharing the excitement of the games with family and friends.

A family service to celebrate Allen's life will be announced at a later date. His legacy of love, dedication to family, and his passion for sports and music will forever remain in our hearts.
